Working in estate agency for 17 years, Sam has gained a wealth of experience and a valuable network of contacts in the local property industry, and is a qualified estate agent.
Originally from Skewen, Sam lives in Birchgrove, Swansea with her Fiance and two children who attend the local primary school. A keen developer, Sam has renovated a number of local properties, together with her own home and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty as well as managing a project.
After 8 years at a well known high street agent, in 2010 Sam established a consultancy helping other brands to launch and develop sales and lettings offices, as well as running a sales office for a national house builder and advising local investors, builders and developers.
