An architect will meet you to discuss your requirements and we can use our experience and knowledge to let you know how realistic your proposal is.
We can work out your expectations and ideas and go over your design issues, a schedule of when the project can take place and how much it will cost.
The brief will only be translated into detailed designs once initial sketch proposals have been approved. We have a good understanding of how to apply the regulations and other rules, and clearly presented and professionally drawn up plans can save you time in the future and improve your chances of success.
